We've been through some realtors that weren't a good fit. She is really good at her job. She preps before seeing a house and is able to answer most questions or have them answered quickly. She listened to what we wanted and didnt try to oversell us a more expensive house outside of our budget. She was able to find the perfect house for us. She helped with the negotiation, the offer price and the inspection process. She was always there when we needed her and she was always responsive and professional. Give her a shot and she will make you feel like she works for her paycheck. She also seems like a genuine person and not just the shells of people trying to get a paycheck.

I had such a great experience with Susan, purchasing a home in Springboro last week. After looking at the first few single family homes and rethinking everything, I realized I really needed to be looking for a condo. Susan was so calm and reassuring throughout the process, this change didn't faze her at all, and the first day she showed me condos, I found my perfect place- she had listened to everything I said and it reflected in the gems she chose to show. She was prompt with replies when I had questions, available for showings when new homes hit the market, and managed to get the closing/occupancy set for just 2 weeks out! Her property experience showed in all the things (good or bad!) she pointed out in homes I was viewing. I was so worried about purchasing in this market as quickly as things sell, but Susan guided me right through the fast action needed. Then when I got STUCK in FL due to a canceled flight, she kept me from melting down with her ease of getting the closing moved back two days, everything was just fine. I'm so thrilled with my purchase and her assistance, I'll be listing a property with her this Spring, and have recommended her to one good friend so far. Susan's personality is calm and laid back, exactly what I needed to offset the stress/emotion of house hunting, but absolutely firm in her resolve and on top of communication.
